* admin/unidata/Makefile.in: Check for deleted uni- files.
(all): Use unifiles rather than charprop.el.
(FORCE): New variable and phony rule.
(${unidir}/charprop.el): Respect FORCE.
(unifiles): New rule.

* src/Makefile.in ($(srcdir)/macuvs.h)
($(lispsource)/international/charprop.el): Add explicit FORCE.
